We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data (e.g., racial or ethnic origin, religion, biometric data, precise geolocation). Please do not include such information in your reviews or profile.

Categories of personal information

For purposes of California privacy law, the categories of personal information described above include:

  • Identifiers — first and last name, email address, IP address, device identifiers, and account identifiers.
  • Customer records — contact and account information associated with your membership.
  • Internet or network activity — pages viewed, links clicked, search queries, referring URLs, and similar interactions with the Service.
  • Approximate geolocation — derived from IP address; we do not collect precise geolocation.

We do not use your reviews, posts, photos, or other member content to train third-party artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or share your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information, we do not process Global Privacy Control (GPC), Do Not Track (DNT), or similar browser opt-out signals — there is nothing to opt out of. We disclose personal information only as described below.

Service providers

We engage third-party service providers to operate the Service. Each receives only the personal information necessary to perform its function, is bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and is prohibited from using your information for its own purposes. These service providers fall into the following categories:

  • application hosting, edge delivery, and content delivery;

Other community members

Reviews, ratings, comments, forum posts, and the display name on your profile are visible to other approved members. By default your display name is derived from the first name and last initial you provide at signup; you can change it in your profile settings. Do not include information in your posts that you do not want other members to see.

Legal and safety

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith it is necessary to: (a) comply with a valid legal process (subpoena, court order, search warrant); (b) enforce our Terms; (c) protect the safety of any person or the public; or (d) investigate fraud or abuse.

Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for:
